As we like to ensure you receive the most delicious and freshest of products, all our mithai is made to order. If you have an order of less then 5 boxes, we aim to ship your box within 5 working days, however processing times vary throughout the year.

If you are wanting a larger order please note this will require more notice. We aim to fore fill all orders however due to the handcrafted nature of the product there is only a certain amount we can physically produce. To avoid disappointment please contact us with as much notice as possible so we can confirm your order. 

All shipping is done from Loughborough, UK. Orders can also be arranged to be collected from our address in Loughborough if required.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail. We offer several options, Royal Mail first class is £3.99 , tracked 48 is £5.50 and tracked 24 is £7.25. Please note if you select tracked 24 or tracked 48, this does not mean that your order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours of ordering it.

If you are local to the Loughborough area, we are happy for you to collect your order from us. If you need a last minute order, please make direct contact. We'll always do our best to save the day.

You can choose local pick-up at checkout. If you choose this option, I will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

We recommend consuming the mithai within 7 days to get the most enjoyment out of them. We advise storing them in the fridge to maintain them at there best and taking out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to serving as mithai is best served at room temperature.

All our products contain milk. Please be aware that all of our sweets are freshly made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, milk, and sulphites are used. While we employ best practices in food handling to avoid cross contamination with common allergens, the equipment and facility used to make our chocolates is also used for products containing milk, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat.

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians and are also eggless. We are halal and 100% alcohol free.
